Does any one make cherry MX compatible flat / uniform / 90’s style laptop keycaps?
According to https://mechlab.cc/a-guide-to-keycap-profiles/ it looks like there is a LP profile, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a set.
I’m a little confused. Are you looking for MX compatible SP profile caps? Just something flatter with very little or no slope?
Flatter and MX compatible.
The design Cherry profile, with the uniformity of the of the DSA profile, would be ideal.
The keycap profile used on the Cherry MX-Board 3.0, would be Ideal.

It looks liek they had an exclusivity agrement with QWERkeys who is now out of business…
What’s wrong with DSA or XDA? Those are already pretty short profiles, I’m not sure how much shorter the keycap could get without sacrificing stem length. I didn’t have a change to look real close at the cherry board, but are you sure they aren’t just cherry profile caps with a really high profile case?
If you really need something shorter maybe the Kailh low profile switches + caps would be better?
I’ve got nothing aginst DSA or XDA, I just want something that looks a little bit more like an old school laptop keyboard.
