ANSI plate file -> ISO (GER) plate file modification

Hello everyone,

I was adviced to come here for my request.I am currently in my very first GB - Chimera65.
The package however will include an ANSI plate. I would like to use the provided plate files to create an ISO one. If someone has any advice how I could do it or even someone willing to do it for me (obv. I would pay for the service) I would really appreciate that.

Bonus question: Ideally I would like the plate material to be FR4. Where would I be able to get one made?

U would likely be able to get a carbon fiber plate from a racecar shop/garage
