Any good write-ups comparing springs?

So in the past I have mainly replaced springs to eliminate crunchiness and/or change the weight of a switch.

Recently I’ve noticed there has been a lot of innovation in springs:

  • Progressive
  • Slow (and “Super Slow”)
  • Multi-stage
  • Extreme (Spirit really isn’t helping here with this marketing name)
  • Probably more I am forgetting

Is there a great, detailed write up somewhere comparing what the differences are of all these spring-types and what they will do if I swap them my into switches?
