By Way of Introduction

Actually, what I’d really be interested in seeing is a modernized version of an M4… I’m using keyboards that are pretty close to it in layout now, so it’s not something that would be all that difficult… Basically it’s just a slightly different layout for a TKL.

In my first iteration as a college student, back when early adopters thought Sony MiniDisc was the wave of the future, I used a model F to interface with a Unix Workstation for my C programming class my freshman year. I learned to touch type on an electric typewriter in 7th grade. I can relate to a lot of your story. I’ve just been using membrane keyboards for the past 20 years, but I’m starting to delve into mechanical keyboards and I want to try ALL THE THINGS. The idea of fine tuning my typing and gaming experience just makes me happy. I LOVE to tinker with things. Probably why I like fountain pens.
