Maybe I could just put microswitches under the arrow keycaps. They wouldn’t travel much but would click and work.

Just picked up a dell sk-1000rew. Really keen to convert it. I still have so many questions. How did you connect the PCB to the LED controller/cable? Could I just use a tkl PCB and leave the numpad empty?

SK-1000REW is the same case but a different matrix. You’ll have to map out the membrane and adjust the PCB file accordingly.
Hi, I am very interested in the PCB conversion from membrane to mechanical process. Im trying to build my own but not very sure inside KiCAD what to design that match the old membrane PCB. Thanks!
