This is something that my kid would love.
Somehow he’s nuts about broccoli.

Broccoli in general is a great vegetable, and I think that as a pizza topping it is hella underrated. When I do the pizza I set the oven to as hot as it gets to warm up and then usually part way through actually cooking the pizza I switch to the broiler and just blast it, putting small pieces of raw broccoli on works great as even in the short time it’s in there it gets cooked through, but also crisped up a bit on top and is awesome
