You are probably right, but that is a pretty stupid assumption on his part if that is the case. People bought something that was counterfeits of what they really wanted. Whether they were happy with their switches or not I’m sure they would want refunded since they did not get what they were supposed to. Personally I would’ve assumed that just about every sale of Zealio/Tealios sold from May 1st on would end up with a refund request after announcing refunds would be issued.
