ORIGINATIVE Co. Quality Control

Somehow, this counts as an A-Stock Exent from Originative - from their top-of-the-line Typemachina sub-brand.

I am currently debating whether or not I should try a charge back. I have written customer support, but I purchased this in their 4th of July sale and didn’t inspect it closely until now.

Oh man, that’s real bad.

I seem to remember that all Exents delivered were basically like this, and I don’t think Originative produced anymore after TARO dissolved and cut their losses.

I wouldn’t blame Originative entirely, but yeah, you should at least be made aware of the faults in what they’re about to ship you.

I am so sorry dude. $#@! that. I’d totally try a charge back. I think you typically have 120 days without much fuss.

I am giving them a couple days to respond to e-mails and then I will try the chargeback.

Like those shirts Kono has “on sale” - no mention of the big globs of industrial glue soaked into them. :stuck_out_tongue:

They have contacted me and said they would send a replacement bottom case. Fingers crossed!
