I’d better diagnose exactly what the problem with that socket is. In the past, on earlier test boards, failures seemed to derive from using desoldered switches in them.
Spare hot-swap sockets I got are colored ones from Cannon Keys.
Re “fixable”, the reason I recommended getting spare sockets is not to “fix” ripped loose sockets but to replace sockets with loosened or damaged contacts from swapping switches frequently. Quickest remedy is bending switch but I think replacing them is the right solution.
