We eat a lot of sweet potatoes and a lot of raw spinach. I recently discovered the delicious world of sous vide sweet potatoes! Great texture for salads, too. So now I can haves my sweet potatoes with my spinach! Salmon and roasted walnuts for protein. Carrots out of habit. Probably didn’t need them for this meal. Blueberries bc why not? We eat gallons of them a month

I use my water circulator for all kinds of meat prior to searing, but I haven’t tcooked any veggies. I’ll have to try sweet potatos. How long do you keep them in? What temp? Peel them before or after?

I’d kill a man for a bite of that right now.

Peeled and cut into cubes. I think I cooked them for 30min at 190.

Veggies taste like a steamed veggies but you do t have to worry about over cooking.

It’s a lot faster to just steam but sometimes it’s more convenient for me to have something in the sous vide that I don’t have to worry about timing perfectly
