Brisket that we ground ourselves using a KitchenAid attachment, onions, green onions, cabbage, garlic, salt/pepper. The wife always uses a mix of white, brown, and other flours, could be rye in this one. We have a grain grinder mill thing so we make flour out of rices and millet and shit.
I love Bibimbap! (partly because I’m Korean )

Man… That reminds me how every year growing up my neighborhood would have a big pig pickin. There really is nothing quite like a whole hog. I’d love to do one again but I don’t know nearly enough people
