Great sound and great vid! I have been typing on FR4 for a while, my plan is to try a plastic plate next.

Do it! While it is really just personal opinion I find plastics & composites to be superior plate materials over metals. Of course I prefer a soft flexy typing feel, but will vouch for plastics/composites sounding better & you can always get a stiffer feel from them by going with thick plates.
