CAD Programs for iPad and Apple Pencil?

Just curious if anyone uses an iPad and Apple Pencil for any sort of useful CAD work.

What is your workflow?

Advantages or disadvantages compared to desktop CAD?

Recommended CAD programs to try or stay away from?

Definitely recommend checking out OnShape which has a decent iPad experience and also desktop browser. The biggest issue for me is the requirement for a constant internet connection and the lack of keyboard shortcuts on iPad. It’s hard to complain though considering it’s completely free.

After some recent changes to OnShape’s TOS you might find that this no longer works for you. Previously you could use designs you make for commercial purposes and just have to deal with them being publicly visible. However now if you have the free plan any designs you make cannot be used for commercial purposes and are effectively public domain.
