Hello this is called a " Switch Puller" commonly used for removing switches in hotswap PCBs.
Found it at 1upkeyboards but is out of stock at the moment, you may be able to find it on other sites.
Beware that these does not seem to be usable to remove switch tops, only the whole switch.
