Joking aside, how do you get that lube placed behind the leaf like that?
Oh that, lol… Syringe. I noticed the leaf makes a pinging sound kind of like the spring does, so I was trying different ways to get rid of that noise and this was one of them. It didn’t work very well, but what did work and completely got rid of the ping was to put a blob of grease on the back side of the leaf bump.
However, when I did more testing with the switches in my keyboard, I realized that the pinging sound I was trying to eliminate wasn’t loud enough for you to be able to hear it anyway, so there was no need to eliminate it.
