DIY 60% case

I wanna know what do i need to make a wood case i see cases online that costs 40$ or 60$ i wanna know if you can just make your own since my keyboard case got into a accident when i was spray painting it and it got gunky and sticky.

Get a CNC machine or prepare to make a sandwich board. I made my own wood case for an Iris build with a copper plate and acrylic bottom. The middle piece was walnut that a friend planned to the right height and then I cut it out using a fret saw and lots of sanding.
