Does DZ60RGB ANSI V2 have ESD Protection?

I read on reddit that several people who had DZ60RGB have gotten their keyboards damaged just by touching the aluminum case due to ESD. I am not sure whether they had V1 or V2. Does anyone know whether DZ60RGB ANSI V2 has ESD protection?

I think the marked part in the image is related to ESD. But not sure.

Yes, this one looks to be commonly used in keyboard PCBs.
It does protect only D+ and D- datalines though, no VBUS ESD protection.
