I bought the FEKER K75 model recently but I couldn’t upload gifs on the knob screen. Looking online led me to two firmware updates. One was for “Keyboard and Knob” and another for “TFT Screen”. The Keyboard and Knob update was successful but after the update, the knob screen completely turned off and now it only functions as a volume knob. I can still enter the settings mode by pressing Fn + Knob, but I can’t do anything with it. The TFT update always fails. What should I do?
