My spouse and I are both developers, and we’ve been building our keyboard collection together since 2016. Our passion started when we received a Realforce 10th Anniversary Edition as a gift, and we’ve been “locked in” to the Silent TKL preference ever since.
Since I’m a new member here, I can’t share all our photos at once due to the system limits. Instead, I’d like to introduce ourselves with a short ASMR video of our collection—ranging from a 1999 IBM to the modern Lofree Flow2!
Check out the sound test here: youtube.com/shorts/yqinu5-TVvg (Note: As a new user, I can’t post clickable links yet, so please copy and paste the URL!)
Once I spend more time here and increase my trust level, I’ll be sure to share the full gallery of our boards.
Our current lineup includes:
Lofree Flow2
OG87
Dugard
Realforce 10th Anniversary Edition (Topre)
MONSGEEK M3
Logitech Mechanical Mini
Keychron K8
IBM RT3200 (Membrane)
I’m looking forward to learning from this community and sharing our love for keyboards.
Thank you for the warm welcome! Recently, I’ve been using the OG87 as my main keyboard, while my wife has been using the FLOW2. I actually love the OG87 so much that I even bought one as a gift for a friend. We’re excited to stay active in the community!
I have yet to try a Lofree board, but I do admire their designs. I also prefer the OG87 over the 8bitdo M Edition colorway as a modern homage to the Model M. What switches are you running in them?
Also love the Realforce. I was just in Seoul and grabbed a Hangul sublegends R3 which is currently my work board.
I totally agree, it’s definitely one of the best homages to the IBM Model M. I actually bought mine back in 2023 as soon as I laid eyes on it! Also, I’m originally from Seoul, and you’re right, Realforce is incredibly popular in Korea.
