How to swap a hot swappable pcb for another one

Basically, two years ago, I spilled beer on my hot-swappable keyboard, and now two keys no longer work. I haven’t found much information online about fixing it, so I think the best option would be to swap the PCB altogether. I don’t know much about keyboards since I bought mine prebuilt from KBDfans, which is why I’m coming here. How hard do you think it is to swap out a PCB? Any recommended videos or advice for my situation would be greatly appreciated.

What is the exact make and model you bought from Kbdfans? There’s a halfway decent chance, but we’ll need to know what we’re dealing with.

This is what it says online. Thank you for your help.

Looks like maybe the YMD75, Tofu84, and XD84 would be compatible, and there’s a random AliExpress store still selling a solder PCB for the KBD75. KBDFans still sells PCBs for the Taco75, but I don’t know if it’s compatible. There might also be open source PCBs on Github that you could have fabricated. Hopefully someone else will have more direct experience.
