Jokes aside, zooming in it looks like it’s just lint/dust? You could just get a brush for your keyboard. I have a couple of these Amazon.com
They’re much cheaper on AliExpress if you don’t mind the 1-2 weeks shipping–but they’re like $3 instead of $11 from Amazon. (I might add these brushes are great for removing lint and dust/dead skin from your desk mats too).
Or after washing, dry with a clean T-shirt instead of a dirty fuzzy towel.

I second the recommendation to use a soft brush for dusting and a tshirt to dry; even better if it’s a poly tshirt (less fuzz). Electic air dusters seem popular too but are kinda pricy.
