[IC] DCS Lil' Lav

DCS Lil’ Lav is a cute and fun lavender and teal set. It began as a deliberately minimalist design with only 7u bottom-row support, but the original IC showed strong demand for broader kitting.

I also needed to tweak the colors a bit to avoid a potential bleedthrough issue I discovered with the original alpha lavender (RFK). So this is v2.0 of the IC, and hopefully what will carry over into a potential group buy later this winter.

Kitting
The base now supports both 6.25u and 7u bottom row. Function keys sport the retro large (12.5 point) Wyse font. The extension kit includes alternates, UK ISO, teal arrows, and a “Hjälp” key. People had asked for a “Help” key like DCS SMRT included, but then I came across its more fun Swedish counterpart, and couldn’t resist using it. The numpad features vintage arrow nav sublegends from 7bit’s Round 3 circa 2012, which have rarely been seen since.

This set is the product of countless rounds of quotes and revisions over the past couple months, to try to get it down to a price point that’s reasonable in an age of inflation and tariffs. The 40’s kit is smaller than I typically offer, but now sits at just over half of the original quoted price, while still offering decent support.

I know some decisions like splitting out Alice bars, and forcing accented ISO Enter will be controversial, but were necessary to not have a base positioned beyond what many would consider affordable.
