Somehow I’d missed that Kbdcraft is doing a Minila Z-row 80%. Is there anybody else doing that layout? Bonus points for split space support on a solder PCB. My next build is likely going to be a Tsangan version of that basic M0110 “60%+Numpad” idea but I don’t know when I will get around to it, and I do love me some arrows.

Very few, from what I’ve seen. 2U left shift seems to be unpopular, for whatever reason – I guess keycap compatibility? Regardless, it’s my personal pref for 60% layouts, as it lets you squeeze in arrows without putting / someplace weird.

Geon quietly updated the Frog Mini. I am stunned. You can get a Geonworks case with daughterboard and o-ring for the basically same price as a Tofu from KBDfans.
This probably happened a while ago as I am out of the loop on a lot of keyboard things, but what a time to be in the hobby. Total abundance of everything!

Cannonkeys has a bit of a head scratcher sale today. BOGO on some in-stock keyboards. I mean, I would definitely buy an Equinox XL for 1/2 the cost but I don’t want or need 2 of them. I suppose you could go in with a friend and split the cost of 2, but that’s a weird sale. And if they don’t live near you, you’d have to spend $20 to ship it to them.

That is not how the Bogo works. If you add two different BOGO keyboards to your cart the cheaper one will be free. So you could get a Vector for $700 and a free Balance keyboard instead of paying $515 for it.
I will also note their CLEARANCE section has some banger deals likes 407 and FBASIC keycaps deeply discounted as well as Sagittarius keyboards in their Warehouse Finds section for $270.

Kinetic labs sent out an email that they are releasing a v4 version of their whale polycaps.
In list of what’s new in this version, this grabbed my attention:
