Is there a Space Mouse but with mechanical keys

I have been doing more CAD modeling recently and in some tutorials, I saw people using a Space Mouse.
I was wondering if anyone knew of something similar but with mechanical switches?
Or, are there multiple macro pads that can be daisy-chained to have the same end goal?
