To be added to the list
- Review our site rules (link).
- Please submit your meetup / concept to a moderator for review.
- Moderators may ask about your plans and preparations. Expect questions like:
- When will it occur?
- Do you have a venue?
- Do you have sponsors / a way to pay in place?
- Will food be available?
- Will you have a first aid kit on site?
- Once your plans are approved, mods will add your meetup to the official list.
- If plans change, you’ll need to contact the mods again so your entry can be updated.
