A few weeks ago, I was in a conversation with Ryan from Norbauer about a board that’s coming late this year. I asked him for his take on an interim board and he recommended that I reach out to you.
This is my first post so apologize if I’m not following any of the standard practices. I’ll try to be as thorough as possible in my request.
I’m in the market for a new keyboard and would love advice on some options.
TL;DR - I would like to purchase a Bluetooth board between $500-$700. I know Angry Miao is out there but I’d like to know what else exists.

I am looking for a board following specs:
Bluetooth - This is the single most important thing. For work, I write 9-10 hours a day and use two different operating systems. I have a higher-end board coming late this year that’s wired but would love something wireless until then.
The following are nice-to-haves but I’m willing to negotiate.
Layout
- Unless it’s a work of art like a Geistmaschine Studio, I’d like less than 96%.
- Willing to look into Ergo boards
- Split spacebar (Think Meletrix Zoom Series)
- Split backspace
- Hotswap MX
Others
- VIAL, QMK or VIA
- Preferably not a GB, but willing to take the risk
