The trackball is high quality 3d printed plastics, and very comfortable at least for large hands. Picture with my ergodox

Wow that trackball certainly is interesting. I like that you designed it with roller bearings instead of the little beads that many trackballs have their ball roll around on. :metal:

The use of roller bearings reminds me of some of the nicer balls we all like; CST and CH ones. Would be great in the future to see a modern day version of the DT225 with USB and a scroll wheel lol.

BTW with regards to trackballs. This https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackballs/comments/j0huvp/introducing_aball_a_diy_buttonless_trackball/ looks amazing. Relatively cheap to build and compact.
Does not use the same high end sensor,as the Ploopy. but maybe that does not matter that much.
