I’d had this burger-mounted in a pearl-colored case with pudding caps yesterday, but the GK’s mounting slots were just a bit too wide for the o-rings to support it reliably. I may revisit the method with another PCB later.

I’ve had Red Samurai since its original run, but after it didn’t fit as well as I’d hoped with a particular keeb, it’s been in the closet until today - and I really like how it looks with this resin case. I’ll have to get some better photos in the daylight soon.

Yui40 round 1

There is a Yui40 round two running right now but they added more angle to the design and increased the cost significantly.

This is the prettiest 650 I’ve ever seen, I really like the contrast of the black module against the white chassis.

Ooo tell me more about that little pigtail… did you make it or did you buy it? I just rebuilt a MF68 and I’d like to see if I can make another one with USB-C, without spending too much time or energy

I bought it off Amazon here because I was too lazy to try making one. It’s a few inches longer than I’d like so it’s kind of folded inside the case.

I had to remove the housing to plug it in to the EliteC since it’s flush with the PCB ( sliced easily with knife). I opened up the bottom port hole with a dremel to slide the female end out.
