Is there a way to get SwillKB to draw the spacebar post that is common on Alps boards? Or do I have to suck it up and do actual work?

Not the stabilizers. There is usually a second slider and there is a circular mount for it. You can see it on the AEK plate pretty clearly. The extra circles around the spacebar stabilizers.

if you just download the plate file from SwillKB as a DXF you can open it in fusion 360 and make some holes in it real easy. Quantrik made a super awesome video on how to use Fusion for Keeb design.
