OUTEMU Silent Lemon are scratchy, in stock form.
But they’ve gotten a little bit better on that in the most recent iteration.
The big thing is that they improve significantly with 3204. You don’t even have to do a good job lubing them. As long as it’s semi-consistent, and you don’t use too much 3204, they become both quieter and lower-pitched, as well as smoother.
So Silent Lemon are valid, if you are willing to lube them. [They might also be amenable to spring replacement, which can also make them smoother and quieter.]
Kailh Deep Sea are kind of heavy, true.
But the Kailh Midnight Pro are lighter alternative, for tactiles.
OUTEMU Silent Cream Yellow Pro V3 (or “Butter Yellow”) are also good. Yes, somewhat more tactile than Silent Lemon, but it’s almost the same. More of a U4 / Panda-shaped bump.
So the OUTEMU “Butter Yellow” [or Silent Jade Yellow] are a very cheap way to get a full set of factory-lubed tactiles.
If you look in the silent tactile thread here, there are some interesting alternatives to those, as well.
If you liked Deep Sea Pro, but thought they were too heavy, you might look into TTC Silent Brown V2. Just replace the springs with bag-lubed 63.5 G Spirit Supreme, and you’re good.
[Some moderate 3203 on the rails also makes a difference].
