Hi everyone, so I’ve made a bunch of switches (U4 silent stem in Outemu Silent Lime housing). I was thinking of naming it Solero Lime for funsies, drawing inspiration from the 90s/00s ice cream from my childhood.
Solero Lime
- Gazzew U4 silent tactile stem
- Outemu Silent Lime/Lemon/Citrus housing
- Payson 62g, 22mm double-stage stainless steel spring, donut dipped
I’m definitely enjoying this more than the stock Silent Limes. The downstroke feel is punchy yet silent, but the top-out noise/upstroke feel is inconsistent probably due to the inherent wobbly housing and the double-stage spring.
Hopefully it’s silent enough for my work space at the university.
