Unfortunately that’s not how Topre boards work. You’re stuck with what you got. The only bodge job I see feasible is to get a 2u POS style keycap which will fit over 2 standard spaced 1u stems, and then use it on the board after you disassemble it and remove the capacitive spring under the tilde key
