Forum and videos are mainly where I get to know about keyboards. Just curious if there is any way that I can know more about keyboards? Like when there will be a new product launch, or how to get a discounted keeb, or info like this.

These days what you’re looking for is mostly covered in individual Discord servers run by vendors. Within each server, there are quite often channels for new product announcements, sales, contests, upcoming teasers, and the like. Oftentimes the discord link is posted on the vendor’s web site, instagram profile, or you can post a comment asking for an invite on Reddit in r/mechanicalkeyboards. Here is a list of servers by vendor by region. Note that some of them may be expired; this is, unfortunately, the nature of the beast with Discord.
