A few days ago, I visited the Yusha Kobo keyboard store in Tokyo near the Akihabara neighborhood. If you wind up in Tokyo, I recommend that you check it out.

This switch tester was pretty neat. Pressing each key brought up information on the switch that was just pressed
Outside of the store, there are two capsule vending machines that give 3 keycaps / 3 switches for 200 yen
I got 3 capsules of switches (for a total of 9 random switches, with some repeats).
I also got an artisan keycap
