Been waiting on this guy to run again for a little while. There are things about all of these colorways that I like, but the “THIS IS PLASTIC” version really tickles my fancy:
Something about all that superfluous labeling combined with how this thing leans-into and owns being made of plastic. Makes me think of the iPhone 5c commercials; “…unabashedly plastic.”
I know those were the biggest flop of any iPhone model since the outset, but at least physically, they remain one of my favorites precisely because they were plastic - nice plastic. It was a modern device that managed not to feel physically-precious while also not feeling cheap - that’s a fine line to walk that rarely works out - but for my tastes, Apple nailed it that time - and at least aesthetically, I think MelGeek nailed it this time, too.
If superfluous labeling and light seafoam aren’t your thing, there are also three other colorways inspired by but not completely copying some existing ones:

Those versions are also a bit less expensive, presumably due to less silk-screening work and such.
They are clearly inspired by existing colorways, but not exact copies - and they do look quite nice in MelGeek’s Cherry-like ABS caps, paired with the given case colors.
Deffo not the best deal out there when it comes to a plastic gasket keeb - but hey it’s quirky! Once I’m all set-up in my new place, I’ll be producing lots of content including overviews of and comparisons between lots of the “entry level” and/or plastic boards that are nice to type on - so if you’re on the fence about this one, I think they’ll probably run it again.
