Dorp is running BOGO on MT3 (base or ortho) until the end of the month.
Snow blanks released in JP plus unbranded HHKB Snow. Center legends not so fond of.
I don’t think it’s LE this time but PFU got me yet again.

I’ve been doing these interviews for some time now and here is the latest one with RominRonin. (Sorry, couldn’t find a better thread for this post.)
They mention infernum!
Switch Oddities is having a space-clearing sale.
NovelKeys’ PBT Cherry Charcoal set is on sale today.
I have a review of the set on my site if you’re on the fence.
Dude, this is so great. Sold! NK needs to cut you a check. Lol.
Lots of GMK sets arrived in stock at mekibo today. I wanted to pick up a few of them, but $170 base kit is just a ripoff at this point. They’re almost $50 cheaper at prototypist. Of course that savings is a wash if you are in the US b/c you have to pay for DHL shipping. I’ll take my chances and see if they go down in time.
There’s a Gazzew U4Tx now, apparently. While having nothing to do with Texas, it apparently dampened on the upstroke, like a reverse Bluish White. Also the first time I’ve seen a dust proof stem.
If Watermelon was on your mind, Ashkeebs has it for ~ $154 USD (when converted from CAD). Shipping shouldn’t be too much more.
Oh, is this the new switch he’s been working on then?
That I can’t say definitively but it’s certainly a new switch of his. I’d imagine that it’ll percolate out to other regional vendors soon.
The dustproof stem concept has been floating around for several years, I’ve first seen it on Outemu switches, doesn’t strike me as a better design from the samples I have, in fact, shouldn’t it add more potential friction?
Edit: Watched a sound test and it sounds very interesting.
In some cases it seems to improve travel stability, giving more surface area for the housing rails to interact with. I wouldn’t particularly say that about Outemu’s, but maybe TTC’s and JWICK’s, for example.
For when you want to commit to your builds.
Kinda niftty. Although, I have a template set up in a Google doc for my labels and it’s served me well. They don’t get much wear and tear after you put them in the holders. I don’t see a need for something more expensive
These are made of the same stuff you’ll often see marking classroom numbers, names on office doors, or job titles on a desk weight.
I used to produce small signage with this material all the time when I was in that industry. Honestly a pretty cool idea to use the stuff for this - and I bet the producer is happy they finally have something productive to do with all the tiny leftover scrap pieces of layered plastic.
