There are definitely some. Obviously, selection is limited, so I’ve personally switched early when I’ve got into this hobby to ANSI layouts.
Freebird TKL (currently running) comes with option for ISO.
CU65 (will likely? run again as GB) is super-flexible with its hotswap sockets overload that it supports both ISO/ANSI and split backspace and split shifts and what not…
CK60 PCB is “DZ60 alternative” with ISO Layout.
