Tofu65 with brass plate (polycarb plate on the way, just to try it out for fun).

Got my Instant60 Tsangan edition in today & it is a pretty impressive PCB. Although my one worry is how well the HS sockets & LEDs are soldered on. You can see the backside of the tabs on almost all of them. Considering touching them all up with more solder before I put it to use.

Added another soldier to my Fugu army! Got a Phantom Apple Fugthulu this time around, the coloring is crazy on this guy! It really doesn’t pick up well on camera, but it is a translucent red mixed with a opaque red & has something else in there too that makes it have a shimmer/aura effect under light. That slight bluish tone you see in between the eyes is what I’m talking about, it’s not just a reflection of the light from my TV.

C3 stabs and Zap cables. I’m kind of annoyed, I swear I ordered the coils on the upstream cable piece, but I went back and checked and I got exactly what I ordered, which was coils on the downstream mini-usb side. I guess maybe I’ll pick up another upstream piece sometime soon.
