I keep coming back to the Bolsalice. I love this thing. Posted this back in December, but no matter what boards I swap to I end up back on this thing.
DSS Lights out on black out. An obvious pairing but I just thought of it. Really enjoying these QK-01 switches. Snappy linears.
I think your “+ =” key is upside down
There is that beautiful DSS profile on a beautiful board.
The damn legends are hard to see!
At least it’s doing its job LOL!
Silver Neo80 w/copper weight.
Best combo so far:
- switch: Cream Soda
- plate: FR4
- mount: gaskets
- PCB foam: yes
- case foam: no
- PE foam: no
UPDATE: Sounded a bit harsh after awhile. Remedy: Poly-fil.
Switched things up a bit. Split BS on the Ellipse with Gat Yellow Pros 3.0 and Corn caps on the Salvation.
Decided to black out the Fjell (Future Suzuri / boba u4ts). Took out the center post, mounted screws with orings, and relubed a couple switches and now the it finally sounds like the ~$550 keyboard it is. Really digging this build atm
