Wait, is that still supported?..

Upon googling, it looks like those are not as old, as I was expecting…

LOL… yeah.

I don’t have a desk shot, maybe will add one later. My old PC lived to the right side of under my desk, but there is a window on the left side of this case and my motherboard has obnoxious lights I didn’t see a way to easily turn off.

This made me remember that I really want an open source e-ink book reader that works with Calibre.

Out of curiosity, what are you doing with all of these computers?

Flexing hard on the forums bruh.

what case is this small one?

It’s an Intel NUC.

^ this.

But for real, editing, compute, and gaming (the 8700K build specifically).

I am rocking an OC’d 8700k in my NCASE M1 at the moment. Strix 1080ti with the fans/shroud removed and two Noctua’s under there, cools better than the stock fans.

Time to post something super boring compared to every other setup in this thread(bad quality picture inbound)

Oh and I shoehorned Win8.1 into it because I refuse to touch Win10(yet)

Still on a laptop because at the time I still needed a decent deal of portability with my living/work arrangements as well as planned out trips, plus it was half off with outer plastic intact and twice the RAM it was supposed to have(thanks ebay). Oh, and also my previous laptop at the time the heatsink was falling off the CPU causing it to try to catch fire and the 870m was also trying to catch fire, so I was a bit rushed. It handles what I throw at it(F360, KiCad, games ofc) pretty good aside from temps not being optimal, so no real rush yet to upgrade.

I’m hoping to do a proper build in the future when I can justify the cost of upgrading and have a better idea of what I’d like out of a non-laptop setup. Plus I’ve still got a (free)G5 case kicking around that I’d love to repurpose in an appropriate manner.

Even the backside looks clean for the size and amount of drives you’re dealing with!
