I got the same. as you may have seen on the U80 seq2 thread.

I’ve been thinking of using GMK Yuru or GMK Noire… I joined the Yuru GB, but debating on Noire still.

Since it’s an off white. I am not sure if WoB or BoW sets will match actually. I’ll definitely be testing a few keycaps to really nail down the colorway I prefer. =D

Something I’ve noticed while trying to find the “right” keyset for a white-cased board of mine is that BoW sets come in many different shades of white;

• NovelKeys PBT BoW is a slightly warm white, like an eggshell
• EPBT x GOK BoW is a stark, cooler white; like bleached polyester
• Another no-name PBT BoW set I found is a very warm off-white, approaching cream-colored

GMK and some other high-end BoW sets benefit from using standardized plastic colors that are easy to reference:

• GMK Bleached uses WS2 - stark, colorless white
• GMK Minimal uses WS1 - warmer, “natural” white

Hey, thanks ! All the sliders & stabilizers including spacebar are novatouch ones.

For 2u keys the hhkb housing is drilled to allow the lateral mx feet.

For spacebar stabs the housings are detachable and you can place the novatouch ones + use the hhkb 6u wire.

If you can’t get that, you can use a costar stab or cherry plate mount.

So how is the typing feel with the leaf spring ?

It feels pretty nice actually. I have it built with Gat Ink Blacks, has a nice little bounce to it, but still firm across the board.
