What did you get in the mail today? (Part 1)

Got some fancy schmancy Naevy switches and pe stems, and a fun surprise when I realized that one of them was missing a contact leg!

Also got some keycaps for a future client build!

At last.

“Funny” thing is that I ordered from Germany the same day but China delivered first to Sweden. =/

Ok, they came on the same day. But still…:slightly_smiling_face:

Now we can start the lubing. =)

Got some new TX 67g springs to compare to my current favorite the TX 70g. Also grabbed a pack of their new 0.125mm films to compare against keebo films for Zeal and Cream housings.

I got my Romeo in a P3D case in today. The always amazing dededecline built it on his Twitch stream for me. I could never find the time for a long build. It has NK Creams with INVYR stems and 60g springs lubed with 205g0. Purple Durock stabs. NK doubleshot PBT Vaporwave keycaps.

Got my crimson cadet set. Now I can go full on cadet mode!

Crimson cadet, space cadet, oblivion cadet, space cadet blue!

Note: don’t ever get oblivion gray cadet alphas mixed in with space cadet alphas. Yikes those are hard to tell apart

Damn that’s straight fire right there! Congratulations on that!

Looks great! Hows does the “Crimson” look in person? Red keycaps tend to look orange when photographed.

Late to the party, but finally here

My Atom 68 came in today, just in the process of changing the keycaps.

Gutted I had missed out on the alu case group buy, hoping they’ll do another round!

It’s a good, pure, bright red. Next to Jamon you can see a bit more purple tint in Jamon.

How do you like the Niz domes and overall keyboard build?

Every once in a while I come across a keyboard I can’t take apart/don’t know how take apart or is too much effort to take apart. For those cases, I bought these to push dielectric grease into the stabs.

2 x durock screw in stabs. Builds are getting closer.

very specific use case, I’ve always just folded a small piece of paper and applied lube to the tip of that and pushed it in. to each their own I guess.

Wee test
