Got GMK Birch a few weeks ago but never opened it. Trying to decide on a board. The plan was my ultramarine Tind, but the blues are not an exact match. It’s hard to capture with my phone, but the Tind is a bit less saturated and a touch more green.
Orrr…… should I build my MX compatible heavy-6 veracity steel with this set? Does the mid-century modern birch vibe go with Norbauer’s retro future design? Maybe so?
Not a keyboard or keyboard related, but I was just back from Portugal, where I could find this new colorway from Secrid, which they call “Powder Ochre”. To me, it’s just Yolk. Fits really well with my purple/beige/yellow setup.
My Black Sesames came! And of course I accidentally touched the packaging with wet hands, smearing the sticker ink, so I couldn’t get a decent photo. They’re going in a Command65 shipping in December or January.
Navy, but it was a tough decision. I went back and forth between classic beige, grey, and navy for weeks and eventually settled on grey. And then wrote and asked to change it to navy. (And now I wish I had stuck with grey.)
I also got mine yesterday, 66 with gat pro browns and I must admit I’m a little bit surprised as well as confused by the switches. I think I kinda like them???
Hell yeah, Wilds are a great switch. I hope you like the Ginkgo, I was very pleased with mine. It’s nice and soft without feeling mushy or overly bouncy (I’m not a fan of either extreme). Do the green switches match the case by chance?
I’m loving it! I really quite like the Wild switches, but I also got some Boba LT and I like them just a little bit more…but it’s really the just a tiny difference
