What did you get in the mail today? (Part 1)

I have almost purchased a Day Off 60 like a dozen times since it was offered for sale. Such a great layout and super clean design.

Yep, me too. I’ve had it in my cart several times. When he discounted the c-stock the other day I had him send me photos of the one I bought. The one ding that I can see is very tiny, and it is something that happened prior to cerakote. So, it’s still coated. And right now I can’t see it because it’s behind my wrist rest :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

One thing to mention, because it’s not something I had thought about before, is that the knob is only a turn input. There is no click if you push it. I have 1 other board with a knob and I have it set to mute on press, but this doesn’t have that feature.

But there is a VIAL firmware build for it, so you can actualy program the knob. Not that I’m using it that way, but you could set it to mouse scroll as well, or anything else of course.

That’s awesome that the C stock version you received is in near-mint condition! The C stock price is much closer to my preferred price limit on boards (compared to the $470 at launch), but alas the color combo I want is out of stock (Beige hotswap). My wallet survives another day I suppose.

You’re supposed to hold the polishing thingamajig against the crotch.
That is, unless you want to polish only the switches.

Whatchu mean?

SA Copper came today (well, late last night). Tried it on a few boards, and think it goes best with this teal Tofu.

Wuque Studio Morandi linears

  • POM housing
  • UPE stem
  • Factory lubed
  • 60g

These Haimus seem smooth, stable, and clean. Looking forward to giving them a proper try.

Between the painter and the place, either could be a fine thing for this subtly-colored switch to be named after.

An absolutely perfect picture. Well done.

Absolutely love these switches. These and the Durock Black Lotus switches were two sleeper hits for me this year.

Can’t wait to hear what you think!

GMK Sparta, finally. Have absolutely no idea what I’m going to do with it now after all the time it took to finally ship.

Is it GMK Sparta that was “Estimate Shipping - April 2020”?

Nah, June 21’ ordered, and then pushed back multiple times. I think originally it was slated for early 22’, then pushed to May 22’, then November 22’, then March 23’, then May 23’.

Keycap day! :star_struck::partying_face:

My first GMK set: Yuri
And My first PBTFans set: Purpurite

The Purpurite seems significantly heavier

And some mystery switches, that are truly a mystery as there is no identification other than that they are TTC

EDIT: I thought a quick google would solve the mystery and my best guess is TTC K Series Red Linear…but the stem looks much brighter in the pics online than IRL :person_shrugging:

Did you get these with NK’s Mystery Switch sale? If so, I think they’re TTC Gold Red Pro Linear Switches. Back in February, I got the same mystery switch bag.
