Ooo finally a place to share some food! A quick snack: mussels stuffed with bechamel sauce and sausage topped with cheese. Clearing leftover ingredients from weekend dinner.

I did get some good haul at the supermarkets

With this and some left over chicken katsu from Sunday lunch I made a quick Japanese style potato salad and katsu box for lunch

German national dishes: doener, bratwurst in a roll and currywurst

When I was in German, they had some killer food. Their baked goods were off the chain too. Like a simple pretzel or cinnamon roll you could get particularly any where tasted home made.

Both of them look authentic.

That schnitzel with mushroom sauce on top at Ludwig‘s would start a civil war in Germany. Teskes got pics of both variants, with and without sauce so one could argue they are the more culturally sensitive place. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
