Oooh ooohh I can tell ya…we have a birthday on the 26th so we are basically only eating for 3 days straight. and then new years happens and we eat more.

The only way to have proper Bibimbap is to first eat Korean home meals for a few days then put all the leftover banchans in a bowl and mix with rice, gochujang, and perilla or sesame oil.

And this is how you should sit when eating proper Bibimbap.

Mixed box of rice, chicken, broccoli, I swear somewhere there is some mushrooms and the usual veggies and fruits.
The small sauce box is filled with Cholula.
